  • When using third-party processors under strict contractual terms (e.g., Firebase)

When you delete your account, all personal information linked to it will be permanently removed from our systems. Reports you have submitted may remain in the app in anonymized form, without any link to your identity.

You may also contact us at privacy@safia.at to request deletion, correction, or modification of your personal data. We will handle your request in line with applicable legal requirements and respond within the legal timeframes.

This process ensures that you maintain full control over your information, whether by acting directly in the app or by reaching out to us for assistance.
